This week’s High Five Friday goes out to Hiwa Usman, from Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo!
Hiwa has been with the company for almost 3 years, and has worked his way up from a mover to a move manager. We asked Justin Prittie, Franchisee and General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, to tell us about Hiwa, and here is what he had to say:
“Hiwa is one of our longest standing employees. He has a 100% customer referral rating this month, and I couldn’t be happier to see his hard work recognized. His amazing work ethic and great attitude allowed him to work his way up to a manager’s role, and make him great at training our new movers. In his spare time he gets his exercise from kick boxing and someday he would like to be a professional kick boxer. With his attitude I won’t be surprised when he makes that happen. We’re lucky to have Hiwa on our team!”
Our customers think Hiwa is pretty great too. Here’s what they have to say when he is on the job:
Paul and Hiwa were awesome. They were personable, friendly, extremely efficient and were fun to be around on such a hectic type of day. They made our moving experience fun!
-Kathy
Movers Hiwa & Jake were on time, polite, quiet and efficient. Very impressed with the excellent staff. My first time hiring movers – it’s the only way now. Loved the wardrobe boxes !
-Sharman
From the start of the journey to the end, everything was great. I also like the fact that donations are sold and put towards defibrillators. What an amazing cause! Thanks so much!
– Janice
The movers were courteous and polite and above all, careful of my property. Hiwa and Alex were a pleasure to work with. And the office staff were just as good – efficient and professional.
-Anna
Thank you for all your hard work, Hiwa, and for always moving our customers forward. High five!
