High Five Friday: David Ellis from Oshawa, ON

This Friday, we’re sending a High-Five out to David Ellis, from our Oshawa, ON, location!

We asked Kari Campbell, General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Oshawa ®, to tell us about David. Here’s what she had to say:

Dave has been with us since September of 2017.  He was a quick learner and soon became a favorite to work with amongst his peers.  Dave picks up any shifts we call him for, being a very reliable employee.  Dave is great with our customers and follows all of our core values!

The moving crew was very good especially the head man. Did a great job and were expedient. Would use their services again and plan on recommending them to my friends and family.

The movers arrived on time. The young man in charge was impressive throughout the entire process. After going through each room of our house he noted my requests, what needed special attention and then rounded up his team and went through the plan, directing them through the process. Each worker had his specific job. The truck was packed with care and calculation. On the way to the moving destination they stopped for a short lunch and then arrived and moved everything where directed. After everything was moved in, the team leader went over the bill and the timeline with me. It turned out to be very much as was quote intially. It was an excellent move throughout.

After meeting Rob, who did the initial assessment, I felt very comfortable. He was professional and answered all of my questions without hesitating. The quote was easy to understand and there were no hidden added costs on moving day. On moving day the crew arrived on time and got organized very quickly. Instead of making assumptions, they asked questions throughout the entire process. They even set up both beds (a king and a queen) without being asked to do so! This was truly appreciated. Thanks guys, you are the best! I have already recommended you to two friends….
