High Five Friday: Richie from Barrie

Each and every day our customers tell us amazing stories about the members of our Two Men And A Truck family. From our customer service representatives and move estimators to our movers and drivers, we pride ourselves on having the best people in the business.

Our people make TWO MEN AND A TRUCK a different kind of moving company. Our people make us the ‘Movers Who Care.” So each week we’ll be giving a High Five to an exceptional employee who is out there turning an experience that can be pretty stressful, into something pretty special.

This week’s High Five goes to Richie Price from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Barrie & Central Ontario

Through customer surveys, and letters and calls to the office, Barrie customers singing Richie’s praises has become a common occurrence.

One example this week was a customer that called after a move:

“Richie was EXCELLENT! Fantastic with my father, and very patient. Friendly, helpful, and efficient – nothing was too much trouble! Richie went over, above and beyond!”

Richie’s boss Dan Brohm, the Franchisee at  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Barrie and Central Ontario, had this to say:

“Richie exemplifies our tag line “Movers Who Care” on every single move. When I speak with him before or after a move he says, “I just like to help people,” and he means it. He’s a very humble man that truly cares about his customers. Phone calls like this are common within our franchise and often directed toward Richie. Along with the care that he has for his work and his customer that day he makes everyone around him better. He is very much a team player and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our Team here in Barrie!”
