This week’s High Five Friday goes to Brandon Battams and Renetta Wartman from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Kingston.
This week we’re highlighting two exceptional employees from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Kingston: Brandon Battams and Renetta Wartman.
We asked their boss, Dave Noll, to tell us a little bit about them. Here’s what he had to say:
Renetta has been an employee with Two Men and a Truck Kingston from day one. Her customer service skills are second to none. She has continuously exceeded expectations when dealing with staff, customers and anyone else who is fortunate enough to speak and/or work with her. Renetta’s ability to maintain organization in all situations is just one of her many “un-teachable” skills. The positive attitude she brings to the office every day is contagious and the people she works for and with take notice. She lights up a room when entering, with her smile and professionalism. There is no job she can’t do when given the time and resources.
The owners of the franchise receive regular correspondence from individuals about Renetta’s positive and “bubbly” attitude.
Renetta is an extremely valuable member of the Two Men and a Truck- Kingston and Eastern Ontario team.
Brandon is the other “original” employee from Two Men and a Truck- Kingston and Eastern Ontario. He was the first person to arrive for the large scale interview process done before opening and from that day on, has continuously been an extremely important part of the Two Men and a Truck- Kingston team. Starting as a mover, he climbed the ladder to driver and to Lead Hand before becoming the Kingston franchises General manager in 2013. His willingness to learn and ability to adapt to different situations make him an very valuable asset to the TMT Kingston team. Brandon possess the ability to relate to any customer. Whether he is covering a shift on a truck, doing an estimate, or following up with customers to ensure their happiness with service, Brandon ensures a positive experience.
Congratulations Renetta and Brandom. High Five!
