We asked Cotie Drinkwater, General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Niagara and St.Catharines®, to tell us about Cassidy. Here’s what he had to say:
Cassidy has been a part of our St Catharines team since August 2019. He started as a mover, and has since been promoted to a lead driver. We have seen a significant growth in Cassidy’s skills over the past few months, as he has become an essential member to our team.
Cassidy has an infectious smile, and a people pleasing attitude. This shows in his reply cards, as Cassidy has maintained a 4.88 satisfaction rating, and a 100% referral rating during his time with the company!
He is a team player, which is no surprise why our crew enjoys working with him. He can maintain a professional presence with the customers, all while still making the day fun for his co-workers.
