This week’s High Five Friday goes to our customer service representative Cheryl from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® GTA North!
We asked Cheryl’s boss Andy Howe, General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® GTA North, to tell us a little bit about her. Here’s what he had to say:
“Cheryl has only worked for TMT GTA North since mid-March but she couldn’t have picked a more challenging time to start. Not only did she have to learn a new job but she had to learn two operating systems with TMT Canada going live with MWC2. She faced all the challenges like a pro. Spending extra hours to learn and understand the new system to better serve the clients. She calmly faces all challenges and is a glowing example of what can be accomplished when you keep an open mind. She will be a solid foundation for TMT GTA North to build on to grow to the next level. To add to Cheryl’s welcome wagon we thought it would be fun to also throw a mystery shop into the mix of being a new employee with a new operating system. A like a true professional she handled the situation perfectly scoring 100% on her first mystery shop. We are so happy to have Cheryl part of the TMT GTA North team.”
