We asked Cotie Drinkwater, Franchisee of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St.Catharines, to tell us about Kyler. Here’s what he had to say:
Kyler Colbert has been a part of our St Catharines team since October 2017. Since then he has become an essential member to our team. Kyler is a natural problem solver and is constantly sharing ideas with his crew for how to make the job go smoother and easier. Kyler always finds a way to keep the day light and fun by maintaining a positive attitude in any situation. He is a very hard worker and he maintains a steady pace all day which his customers always appreciate.
Over the last 6 months Kyler has maintained a 4.80 satisfaction rating, and a 96% referral rating. The crew all enjoy working with him because his high quality of customer service keeps the customer happy and is usually the byproduct of his positive attitude that makes him fun to be around. One of the comments we hear most often from his customers is How Efficient the moving team was. This is because Kyler makes every trip to and from the truck count and always knows how to stay productive.

We did two separate moves as our youngest son was moving into his own place and we were downsizing. We received quotes for both moves. Kyler was prompt, courteous, thorough and provided quick and accurate quotes for both moves. All questions as we toured and I went through the decision process were answered quickly and with good information. While the quote was slightly higher than the other quotes I received, it was for the move I wanted (ie pack, travel and unpack the same day). The team that arrived with 2 trucks were polite, professional, positive and worked very hard on a warm summer’s day. We would refer and use this team again! Thank you!
