This Friday, we’re sending a High-Five out to Sarah Doig, from our Niagara and St. Catharines, ON location!
We asked Cotie Drinkwater, General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Niagara and St.Catharines®, to tell us about Sarah. Here’s what he had to say:
Sarah, also known as Boss Lady, is one of the most hard-working people at our location and has been part of our team here since February 2017. She is the glue at our office. Everything sticks together thanks to her. Not only does she play the role as our office manager, she also takes on many other tasks to go above and beyond for our company.
Sarah comes with over 10 years of customer service experience. Every day she comes to work in her beloved Ruby Red ranger with a bright smile on her face ready to send our sales and customer satisfaction skyrocketing through the roof. She shows genuine care for our customers and co-workers in and out of the office. Having her in our office creates such a positive vibe. She is an amazing problem solver, so she is always having a backup plan to ensure all of the jobs go smoothly. From keeping such a strong bond with all our movers to keeping everyone in line, Sarah is truly an amazing part of our team.
