This week’s special “Team” edition of High Five Friday goes to the entire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Ottawa West team.

Ottawa West had such an amazing month, we’re recognizing them all! Here’s a congratulatory message from Ottawa West’s Owner, Lyne Vincent:

Our team has made significant achievement during the month of June. We have received many positive surveys from our customers. They were able to achieve a perfect score of 100% customer referrals while helping us accomplish a record setting month for the number of moves in Ottawa.

The entire team, Customer Service Representatives, Drivers, Movers, Packers, Move Manager and Assistant Move Manager demonstrated that they are committed to our corporate values and serviced our valued clients with the utmost care. They are truly the “Movers Who care”.They did all this during some very hot days and many wet days throughout the month.  They managed the volumes and long days and continued to exceed our client’s expectations. They truly demonstrated the meaning of the word “team” when fellow movers or drivers were sick. Watching them help each other and keeping the high level of customer service was unbelievable. They were proud to be able to be involved in a couple of charitable moves. One entailed moving a very heavy antique piano from a client’s home to a local school and another was helping set up (and a middle of the night take down) of the Tiki Beach Gala VIP event for the Dragon Boat Foundation which helps build, strengthen and enhance community life in Ottawa by raising, managing and distributing funds to charitable organizations.

Here is what their customers had to say:

“I am a Realtor and would not hesitate to recommend your services. Abdul & Yaya the two men who helped my move that day were Fantastic!!!! I was so impressed by their technique of wrapping everything. Not one scratch or ding. They worked sooo well together quickly and efficiently too. I can’t say enough good things about the service, it was above and beyond my expectations! I would Highly recommend your services again for myself personally and professionally.”
by Jo-Anne from Nepean

“I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the service – from the help we received at the trade show, to the estimate we received and especially to the three gentlemen who turned up very promptly on move day, Abdul, Marcus and Jordan. They were three well-mannered, professional guys who made sure the move went smoothly. They were wonderful and I’d certainly hire this company again – already I have “spread the word” about Two Men And A Truck. Thanks for taking so much stress out of our move day!”
by Marilyn from Ottawa

“We were very pleased with our moving experience. Any move is stressful but the efficiency, willingness, good humour, respect and expertise shown by Abdul, Yaya and Marc made it less so. The initial call to the office was handled very professionally and expertly. Overall very good experience.”
by Judy in Nepean

“Abdul, Baba, and Patrick were amazing, especially after a tough job to end with moving our piano up the stairs into our new home in Montreal. We were totally exhausted from a week of frenzied packing, but they made it easy, and they were smiling the whole time. Huge thanks to Lyne for her excellent presentation, accuracy, and attention to our needs, and to Paul for visiting us at both ends of the move!”
by Scott from Montreal

“The men that moved me were so efficient and kind. I had a great experience with them and couldn’t believe how fast Cory and Baba worked in the scorching heat. I will use them again anytime. Owners came by with Gatorade for their staff. I thought this was also a sign of excellent ownership. Great service, overall. Movers were excellent.”
by Steve from Ottawa

“Chris, Cory and Stefan were fantastic! They were very upbeat, friendly and took great care of our belongings. It was obvious they enjoy what they do. Thanks guys!”
by Dylin from Ottawa

“My husband and I were very pleased with Two Men and a Truck; Willy, Marcus and Stefano arrived on time and they worked very hard, were very careful and also fast. We have recommended your firm to my sister (which she has booked) and to our niece (which she will book soon). We really appreciated the 3 young men who took care of our furniture and setting everything up; it was a good experience. We also appreciated our boxes being dropped off at our house and not having to pick up. It was a good experience! Thank you.”
by Winston from Ottawa

“The guys were extremely courteous and went “above and beyond” in many things (as an example they carried some boxes (that were not part of the move) up to the garage. Eric, Yaya, Abdul, Patrick, Marc, and Shawn seemed to enjoy their job and I heard comments like “I really like our boss, she’s easy to work for”. I will talk, and already have, talked up the company to many people.”
by Bob from Ottawa

I would like to personally thank my entire team for their phenomenal team work.  I am extremely proud of all my team!
– Lyne
