We asked Paul Bimm, Franchisee and General Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Ottawa, to tell us about Tamara. Here’s what he had to say:
She is so personable with every client interaction ensuring that they feel heard, valued, and reassured that every aspect of their move from start to finish will be well taken care of.
Her clients often take the time to reach out to notify us of the excellent service they received after speaking with her. Below is just one of the lovely messages sent from her clients:
“I want to start off with some context – when we called Two Men, I was so happy to be greeted with not only someone friendly but someone who told me that they actually still had availability at the end of June! 🙂 Tamara helped us get settled in, and encouraged us to book now so we didn’t lose the spot. I’m so glad she did because we probably wouldn’t have a mover if she hadn’t. Tamara kept her cool, and laughed with us through the pain I was enduring.
Seriously – I cannot say enough good things about her. She’s been fantastic, courteous, understanding, outgoing, and helpful, and it’s because of her that about 99% of the stress I had associated with this move is gone (the last 1% is just getting everything ready in time, haha!)”
Tamara is a joy to work with, she is always kind and considerate and knows how to make everyone in the office laugh. She goes above in beyond in every aspect, always willing to help out, and actively suggests fresh ideas of things we can do to make client experiences better and more effective. We are thankful to have her as such a wonderful part of our work family.
