We understand that moving is a stressful time and on top of that being hungry while moving is even worse!
This is why we have put together a list of snacks you can carry with you during move-day, to keep your energy levels up and fuel your body with the necessary nutrients.
- Trail mix: Buying packets of trail mix is not only healthy for your body but it gives you the energy that you need and decreases your huner for a short period of time. Trail mix has multiple nutrients, such as, fibre, protein, and healthy fats.
- Fruits: Keeping a container with mixed fruits during move-day is highly encouraged and important. Fruits contain an abundance of healthy elements, such as, natural sweetness, water, vitamins, low in fat, and sodium.
- Sandwiches: Having bite-sized sandwiches is a great way to keep your energy levels up, give your body the essential nutrients, be creative, and its a delicious snack. Consider making peanut butter and jam, cheese, ham sanwiches. There are also many alternatives to nuts, dairy, and meant such as, soy butter, tahini spread, and textured vegetabl spread.
