TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has established a set of Core Values that we live by:

Honesty and fairness are the foundations for everything we do. We work hard to remain a role model in the moving and customer service industry.

Give back to the community. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Canada has partnered with The Mikey Network to help support Mikey’s mission to promote “heart-healthy living” and the placement of public access defibrillators. As part of the Mikey On Board program, all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Canada moving trucks are now equipped with a MIKEY defibrillator. When you see a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Canada truck, it doesn’t just mean someone is moving in or out of the neighbourhood. It means there’s help close by.

THE GRANDMA RULE®. To treat everyone the way you would want your Grandma to be treated. This rule means we treat everyone the way you would want your grandmother to be treated – with care and respect. All of our franchises are dedicated to every detail involved in a move. Through every step we keep THE GRANDMA RULE® in mind and treat your possessions as they were our own – or our Grandma’s.

Our training methods are constantly being reviewed and improved to make sure we provide the best possible service. While we work hard to be the best we can professionally, we also value a balanced life. We understand it is important to appreciate every moment and have fun at both work and home.
