High Five Friday: Shane Silvera From Mississauga, Ontario!

This Friday, we’re sending a High-Five out to Shane Silvera, from our Mississauga, ON, location!

We asked Omar Sleem, General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Mississauga, to tell us about Shane. Here’s what he had to say:

Shane Silvera has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Mississauga for just under one year and has already exceeded everyone’s expectations.
He has great communication skills with his team as well as with all of his customers.  His leadership and customer service skills are impeccable and
he continuously strives to improve upon himself. He has an innate ability to recognize problems when they are at early stages and is able to implement solutions proactively.
Shane is a great asset to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Mississauga and we are very happy that he is part of our team.

I was most impressed with the team. They were warm and friendly as well as respectful and professional. They worked hard and quickly so they didn’t waste time or my money. I wasn’t sure who was in charge because Mirza and Shane worked so well together. They are a team that respects each other and each other’s expertise. What impressed me most was that every time Shane asked either Mirza or Nathan to do something, he always said “please”.  Sad to say but that type of respect is hard to find these days. Their supervisor dropped by to ensure everything was ok and that was when he dropped off Nathan to help. Again Nathan was also very polite and respectful as was the supervisor – Omar – I believe. I could not have asked for a better team. Mirza, Shane and Nathan are true professionals. Thx
